cheese pudding

Makes 8" square
INGREDIENTS:
13g Jelly / Agar-Agar Powder
1 liter Water
120g Sugar
3 Eggs
120-150g Cheese Crackers - blend finely
1 tbsp Custard Powder
400ml Evaporated/Fresh Milk
200g Condensed Milk
50g Butter

METHOD:
1. Boil jelly powder with water until dissolved. Stir frequently.
Add in sugar & boil until dissolved.Stir frequently.

2. Beat egg until smooth & mix in cheese cracker & custard powder.
Add in milk & blend well.

Pour into jelly mixture & once boil, off the heat.
Add in butter & mix well.

3. Pour into a tin and let it set at room temperature.
Serve chilled.
